The Second Session of the Chinese SMEs Global Development Forum held in Ningbo

On 8th December, The Second Session of the Chinese SMEs Global Development Forum held in Ningbo City. The forum was hosted by the Global Alliance for SMEs, SME associations of Zhejiang Province, Entrepreneurs Association of Ningbo City and other units.

During the three-day event, plenty of world leaders and international experts gathered together, such as Lee Myung-bak who was the former President of South Korean, Jean-Pierre Raffarin who was the former Prime Minister of French , Carlos Magnus Reno who was the former Director-General of UNIDO as well as the Chairman of the Global Alliance of SMEs, and He Weiwen who was the former Commerce Counsellor of Chinese Consulate General in New York.     They discussed around the theme "SME - new engine of world economic recovery".

This forum, which aims at creating a high-end international exchange platform for international business leaders, experts and scholars of SMEs and elites from SMEs, has been supported by the People's Government of Ningbo City. In the future, it can make efforts to timely discuss the mission, growth and challenges faced by China's SMEs, as well as various solutions. In the meantime, it will promote SMEs to support China and the world economy to become more stronger, sustainable and balanced.
